Ace: Let me guess... what devil, white devil?

Ayudu: Yes! You speak Wachutu?

starship troopers

This is the first one that came to mind for me as well. Starship Troopers is awful in so many ways, but I still find it highly entertaining.

It reminds me of Starcraft, and Starcraft makes me warm and fuzzy.

really really mediocre, almost guilty pleasure type movies for me area all three resident evil movies. no idea why. jovovich doesn't even look that great in the last 2. she looked amazing in 5th element.

Across The Universe... though it was probably a teensy bit less than mediocre.

The problem with that movie was everything between the songs. And also the songs.

I liked Crank a lot. I thought the plot was amazing: guy injected with poison; now guy has to do non-stop crazy shit to stay alive. It sorta reminded me of a session of GTA where everything just sort of builds up on you until you end up driving a tank off a cliff into a helicopter. Plus he dies in the end, which is awesome.

That movie ruled. If you hated that movie, you did not have a pulse.

Crank was one of those movies that goes from 0 to over-the-top in 2 seconds flat and redlines all the way through. Which makes it worth watching.

Crank 2 is set to come out in 2009 with Statham resuming his role from the first movie.

He survives and the sequel has him with a heart that requires constant electric jolts to survive. 😕

edit: and I get beaten out by Aikouka.

5th element, a lot of people say it's mediocre but i don't think so!! 🙂

No wai! I love that movie. In fact I watched it again on the weekend.

Glad to see some others posted Vanilla Sky, I actually enjoyed that movie, though I know most everyone hated it.

My pick would probably be So I Married an Axe Murderer. I've seen that movie about 150 times and own it on VHS, DVD, and BluRay now. For some reason I've always loved it and I can always go back and watch it for a laugh.
