You should probably get someone to drive you to the ER. If you don't have anyone to drive you, 9-1-1. I wouldn't drive yourself especially if you say you're really dizzy.

Thats what I am suspecting too.

My brother in law was taking creatine a while back. Everyone should know they need to up their water intake while taking creatine. He failed to do so, and complained of hard, black #2 stool. (dumbass) 🙂
 
You probably have Ebola, that black stuff you shat out were your kidneys. Id say you have another 1hr or so to live.
 
Dude if you still wake I would call an ambulance. I hope the worse that can happen doesn't occur 🙁.
 
As said above, this sounds like blood in your GI tract. This could be many things including an ulcer, tumor (including cancer - liver, esophagus, stomach, intestinal, colon, or pancreatic) or some kind of injury/bruising.

Get to a M.D. A.S.A.P.
 
I am not a doctor, but I know this for a fact: black stool is often indicative of internal bleeding in the upper gastrointestinal system. This can be linked to cancer. I am serious as a heart attack. Go to the doctor as soon as you can; not an emergency room visit sort of thing, but a "hey, doc, I need to see you as soon as possible" thing.
 
If it concerns you this much go see a fvcking doctor ATOT won't be able to give you a proper diagnosis.
 
BTW I call shens. This is too serious for someone to post under the guise of "dur what does it mean when my internal organs stop functioning?" Any idiot with half a brain would be at the ER now.
 
Why is that people think ATOT is a substitute to an ER? This isn't show and tell, just go see a fvcking doctor.

It's possible it's shens, but this is ATOT, ya never know.
 
I'd guess you have what I had before christmas, stomach bug. I had all your symptoms but threw up a few times as well. You'll feel better in a day or so but will take about a week to get totally back to normal. Best thing to do is sleep!

That or he has a very serious ulcer or cancer that will kill him in less then a year without treatment. But yea, just roll over and take a nap, the other possibility, internal bleeding *might* not kill him before he wakes up. 😛
