It is almost nothing but black water coming out. I also feel dizzy, and nausiated. What could be wrong.

You are as good as dead, black stool means blood end if it's as constant and prevalent as yours, you are already dead.

If you are not bullshitting (pardon the pun) ou seriously neeed to see a doc, i am not kidding when i say that black stool meanss blood, i have had it after a bike accident where i ruptured part of my colon.

You don't play around with that kinda thing.

can you post a pic of the black diarrhea? are you sure it's black and not just dark from food? how frequent is it? do you have any pains in your abdomen/stomach? did you swallow anything sharp or jagged? do you have a history of stomach problems? has anyone else in your family experienced this?

go to a doctor as soon as you can get an appointment. black fecal matter means you're bleeding in your upper gi tract.

This would be a good thread to create, then take a really long vacation and see how it plays out while you're gone.

That being said, I hope he's just got the runs from eating too much Mexican food or something.

God, at first I thought you wrote "Media Crew: Black Diarhea" which I took as ironic since I figured you were talking about the movie "Black Dahlia"

Hope you feel better

I'm waiting for the day when some ATOT poster to gets nominated for a Darwin Award because he was too busy posting about his health concerns on OT instead of seeking out medical attention.
