Medical ATOTers, need help

I know there are some nurses/doctors here on ATOT, and I need help. My professor gave us a case study as our final exam, and I'm having trouble coming up with a differential diagnosis. I'd rather not clutter up this board with the HPI, past medical history, etc. So, if you can help me PM me and I'll send you all the info I have.

Chief complaint is: A 62 year old Caucasian male admitted after experiencing 5 days of dyspnea on exertion.

If you can't help, be kind enough to point me to a forum that can, please 🙂

wait...if this is your final exam, we aren't exactly supposed to help you are we?

Outside help is allowed, as long as it isn't from the UT Medical Center. We're not doctors, yet, so they don't expect us to be able to do this on our own.

EDIT: And as long as you don't go through the whole diagnosis and treatment for me.

Sorry, University of Tennesse. Good luck on your interview though, I just got done interviewing for Med School this afternoon.
