Medical Advice Needed!!!

Here's what I've done so far since losing my head. Let me know if there are other steps I should take.

1. Joined the Democratic Party.
2. Purchased all the Jean Claude Van Dame movies available on DVD
3. Turned off Fox News and turned on the Oscars
4. Bought Dr. Phil's book

Oh yeah, #6 could be, go see Bowling for Columbine, come back, create a thread and say something like "Wow, I thought it was great. Moore made some good points, it really made me think."
