Medialink network products...who are these guys?? (in a good way)

I was looking for a wireless router for a friend at all the usual places, newegg and amazon etc., and couldn't help but notice the staggeringly good reviews on Amazon for a few of their products.

They even respond to Amazon reviewer complaints, and after purchasing their $50 router and $20 usb wireless adapter, I immediately get this email:

This is a very simple router to install if you follow the guide closely and use the User Guide or FAQ as references for additional information. If you experience any problem whatsoever or if your setup is a little different than the norm and the User Guide and FAQ are not helping, don't hesitate to email or give us a call and we will be happy to walk you through the installation.

WTF, excellent products (it seems, haven't received them yet), excellent customer service and responsiveness.......look out for new kid on the block???

I've never heard of them partially because Newegg doesn't carry their products. I wonder what's up with that. :hmm:

Yep, included all the numbers in the email signature too (I omitted them.) This level of accessibility is pretty rare, and they seem to be doing a lot of things right as they build their business and try to make inroads in a very congested market.

I went searching for a USB Wireless N adapter and the best ranking and biggest seller by far on Amazon was from Medialink. I received the same response. I had a tech support question and they replied in a few days. I was impressed as well.
