Rigatoni a la Carbonara in white cream sauce made with bacon (not alfredo sauce, not with ham) mmmm. dam I miss St. Louis' Pasta House Company (which is where I had it)

<< Then you've NEVER really been to a TRUE Meat Lovers restaurant! >>

I can top that ;) Now I went to this restaurant called the Carnivore in Nairobi. If it moved they had it to eat. They didn't even have salad, etc.

The best beef i ever had was Japanese Kobe Steak...the marbling on the steak was amazing. it was so tender and tasteful...never needed any sauce or seasoning cuz of the natural buttery taste. I rememember the insane bill i got for $275.00 USD for some kobe beef

Holy crap... $275 for a steak? That's gotta one hell of a steak. You could get a hooker for less money.

Here's a theory that pork cutlets did in Mozart!

I liked grilled and broiled meat, like chicken or steak. Salmon is pretty good too :D

my personal favorite is the steaks that my grandfather makes. It all has to do with the marinating. He puts a can of coke-cola in the marinating juice. It sounds weird, but it makes the juciest and the best damn steak I have EVER had!! I'm serious, too, it makes a steak that no one can beat.

As far as restraunts, Texan's really know how to eat meat. Very few of the really good places are in the major cities. You have to go to the smaller towns to get the good BBQ...
