oh man, tonight I had a roasted pig ....man its soooooo good....the grease was dripping down my neck...man i must have clogged up every artery in my heart. who else likes roasted pigs?

25 LB. = 10 TO 12 PEOPLE

40 LB. = 20 TO 30 PEOPLE

60 LB. = 35 TO 45 PEOPLE

80 LB. = 60 TO 65 PEOPLE

100 LB. = 80 TO 90 PEOPLE

130 LB. = 120 TO 130 PEOPLE

Man I'm gonna order myself 130 lb one to eat all by myself!!!

in all honesty, one of the best animals in the world has got to be the pig....it provides all quality meat at a great price: bacon, pork chops, ham, ribs, etc...its porkalicious.

I have a weird tendency to name my pigs before I eat them....The last one I ate was called zhijie hahah don't ask why.... actually maziwanka knows why hahahaha....

its time to go hardcore on the pork....in dai wong in chinatown they have pork hanging from skewers and the delicious oil is dropping down from it......uhhhhh....i could seriously go for that rite now....seriously i swear if there was a pork bar i would be there...

i can't recall exactly my favorite meat dish...if u ever go to an indian restaurant i recommend trying the goat dishes...they're excellent.

There's a Cuban restaurant in Lawndale (Los Angeles), that roasts a whole pig every Tuesday night. Good stuff.

The best meat dish though is a thick cut of Ribeye Steak w/bone grilled over mesquite or kiawe wood.

Big gobs of apple sauce.

Left overs for sandwiches for lunch today.. YUMMMM

my favorite ever... was at Applebees. I usually dont have steak there... but they had 3 special types of steak. so i ordered the Barbeque something Steak. Best steak ever. What it was, was a normal steak, marinated in some kinda sauce, covered with shreaded barbeque beef. Tender, Juicy, Tastey... too bad next time i went back, it was gone.
