Seriously, the states been owned by big coal since forever.
It's like Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Mississippi to a certain extent have been owned by big oil since forever.

Yea its because of the old coal bust that WV is the way it is. And yea on a selfish level the one good thing about WV if look at a view of the states at night, is its lightly populated. So if you want to get away in the mid atlantic WV works.
