Nope. There are only so many notes in a staff. Or...everyones doing it, or...they took it and made it their own....or...well you get the idea.

Nope, not a copy. A Suzuki Grand Vitara looks similar to both of those.

It looks different enough that I'd give that a pass. This is one of the things I hate about the current IP law system, here, they'd probably get sued for that. There are only so many possible ways you can make a certain thing look.

The name brand is kinda too close though, but really "land" is a rather generic term, so I say it should be allowed. Of course that would probably be a trademark issue here in North America.

Pretty sure the vehicle is utter garbage, but I kinda prefer the styling of the "Copy".

Copying the styling and reverse engineering the entire vehicle are two completely different things. Can you tell the difference between two beige refrigerators or claim one is a copy of the other?

Outsides are pretty similar. I don't see how the inside is a clone though.

Overall the X7 is better looking. Landrover should just copy the X7 and call it even.

Yes, the design is a near copy. But the copy's nip/tuck is better looking than the original.

That's obviously blatant. Good luck to Land Rover on suing in China... lol. I wonder how Jordan did with his suit on a similar case?
