POS Wonder Bread....
Bastards !!! next thing you are going to tell us is that you have Wonder Bread too
as you can tell, stuff made here is different from that in the states.
most snack/sweet stuff tends to be over sweetened, but tasty.
I try not to over do it. However, one thing I love are pies.
apple, mixed berry, pumpkin and especially peach pie.
and I will avoid the cheese cake controversy.
we have loads of twinkies. We are not affected by Hostess' troubles in the states.
in fact I might go out and buy some for old times sake.
And BTW Happy Thanksgiving!
:awe:
weather is not bad here. Warm and sunny for now.You can keep the Twinkies, Ho Hos, Dong Dongs (whatever). Hostess going out of business may have cost 18K jobs (that sucks) but may have helped the American waistline.
So OP, how's the weather up in great ole Canada? Here (in the crappy US of A) it is 70, windy and the sun is blindingly bright. It sucks here ...

You don't want to ask what we use for cream filling.
I love Canadian sweets. Most products have not had their recipes compromised with inferior products like in the US (HFCS,etc). American counterparts all seem to just taste...cheap.

I've never eaten a Twinkie. I'd have to do an image search just to see what they look like. Then again, I've never been to Tim Horton either. May have eaten a bagel once, not sure. That's like a dried doughnut, right? However, I have eaten a donair once and thought it was OK.![]()
POS Wonder Bread....
I hope that beaver tail thing is a joke because it sounds like how those bastards cut off shark fins then throw the rest of the shark, still alive, back into the ocean. I can just see thousands of beavers...... I lost my train of thought.
I ate 6 twinkies over the last 24h :awe:
