Meals Eaten Today

Okay, so I thought for the hell of it, we'd have a thread posting our meals for each day. Doesn't have to be consistent. If you feel bored and wanna post your meals eaten for the day, then do so here :)

Meal 1 (9 30AM) - Kashi Protein Cereal w/ Milk

** Went to the gym around 11 **

Meal 2 (12 30PM) - Protein Shake, 1x Chicken Breast, 4 Servings of Rotini Pasta w/ Speghetti Sauce

** Slept my ass off after this meal **

Meal 3 (4 20PM) - Finished the rest of the Rotini

Meal 4 (Just had it!) - 1x Chicken Breast, Kashi Blueberry Cereal w/ Milk, Grapefruit

Meal 5 - Chicken Breast

Meal 6 - Protein Shake

Uh, yesterday...Hmmm....


Woke up around 11am

Ate first "meal" around 3:00 at Sam's Club, waiting for my desk to be brought out, had a slice of Pepperoni Pizza.

second meal was dinner, One pork chop, mash potatoes, and corn ~ 5pm.

"snack" was Special K red berries and some fruit snacks around 11pm, went to sleep around 4am.

Didn't go to the gym either. :(

Yesterday was fail.

Today was a bit better but not really:

Woke up at 9am.
(Started work at 11:30am)
First ate at 2:30, had a Subway Chicken & Bacon sub. Foot long.
(Got off work at 6pm)
Didn't eat again until 8PM, when I got home from the gym, had half of a Seafood Sensation sub from earlier and some chicken, and 6 oreos.

Protein Shake at around 10pm.

My eating habits are terrible on the weekends. :(

I can post almost every single day with insane accuracy:

6:15AM - Bagle, egg and bacon sandwhich w/ smoothie or water
11:15AM - Turkey or chicken sandwhich w/ water
4PM - Protein shake
6PM - Hamburger/Keilbasa/Steak/Chicken w/ green beans and lemonade

and I snack on trail mix while home.

I keep a daily food journal. Here is what I had yesterday (Sunday).

4:00 AM: Boiled egg + whole green apple + 8 ounces of milk.

8:45 AM: Small bag of unsalted cashews + whole orange + 8 ounces of milk.

Noon: Grilled 6 ounce beef fillet + steamed asparagus + 2 glasses of red wine.

3:00 PM: Cheddar cheese cubes (maybe five or six) + whole banana.

6:00 PM: Grilled 4 ounce tilapia fillet + sautéed mushrooms & onions + 1 glass of white wine.

7:30 PM: Small box of chocolate covered raisins (maybe 4 ounces, not sure).

I drink water throughout the day, usually about a glass every two hours.

the usual

morning pre work out, egg beaters, oatmeal, banana, and protein shake

after workout red skinned potatoes, broccoli, and either protein shake or fish and orange


next meal rice chicken and mixed veggies


next meal the same

last meal protein bar, 1 and 1/2 apples and cottage cheese.


protein shake before bed
