Meal replacement bars: Who eats them and which ones taste the best?

I bought these Kellogs MRB and they tasted like total ass. I mean it was gross. I know there must be a few out there that taste decent. I wake up, don't really have time for breakfast but I'd like to start trying to eat five smaller meals per day. I am on a quest for weight loss. If anyone can recommend a few brands and give a brief review on whether it tastes okay or not I'd truly appreciate your kindness and input!

I'd just recommend making your own protein shakes. Just throw some skim milk, whey, oats, natural PB, bananas, and/or olive oil in a blender and mix it up. It takes a minute to make and drink, and is going to be much cheaper and healthier than meal replacement bars.

Most meal replacement bars are just candy bars with 20g of protein thrown in.

Also you could have time for breakfast if you just woke up a few minutes earlier.

bran cereal with skim milk. If you dont have time at home eat it at work. Also nothing wrong with a banana either.

How about meal replacement shakes? Are they just as good as a bar? If so, which ones taste the best without being too fatty or bad for you?

fat, whiny girls who think it will help them lose weight but really doesn't

hope my contribution to the thread has been meaningful and will go a long way in guiding you towards a healthy and happy lifestyle.

All this amazing technology, and we still can't make meals-in-a-pill or meal replacements in Oreo form.

Hell, go to the pet store. They have "hamster food." Generic hamster food, with enough vitamins to give a hamster a 50 year lifespan. They seem to like it just fine. Where's "human food" or Futurama's ubiquitous Bachelor Chow, now with Flavor?
