How would you set up the partitions to do this if you had 2 drives, a 30GB and a 2GB. With ME for games, and no games running for XP, just office/net browsing/photoshop kind've stuff.

I'd split the 30 gig up into two partitions - one for XP and one for ME sized appropriately depending on how much stuff you intend to put on each OS. The 2 gig I'd set up as the swap space for both OS's unless you really need space in which case you can split it up into two partitions - one for swap and one for extra space.

Way I have it now is the 2GB is unused, the 30GB is set NTFS XP install, and a spot for files. I obviously dont have ME set up right now. Cant play any of my games. I miss them :(
Im thinking
C: 30GB-NTFS XP install 5GB
D: 2GB-Fat32-ME instal 2GB
E:30GB-Fat32-DL stuff and games 25GB (or might break this into 10 for DL and 15 for games.

Whatever you think will work for you should be fine. With a few exceptions, there's really no "bad" way to partition drives. You pick up a little bit of speed by having the swap file on its own partition, but for a desktop box it really won't matter that much. How you partition is, IMHO, dictated by your needs more than anything else.
