We had our address book fail, we couldn't receive the contacts. We looked in the config and under outlook connector the "authorize the fist time they connect" got unchecked. So we got that fixed and now the address book is 5 months old. I have spent ages getting that addy book updated.
It even loaded them with the address that dont exist anymore, but the user accounts and aliases went untouched (Current).

Does the server have a contact list backup or do we have to load that from our tape back ups?
