No more supersizing McD fries.

By the end of 2004, super size will no longer be available at the nation's 13,000-plus McDonald's outlets except in certain promotions, McDonald's spokesman Walt Riker said.

It's an end of an era I tell you.

Probably so they want to give the public an image that they actually care about people's health by downsizing their portions. Err rather not letting one supersize it.

Exactly. Clearly, the fries were the problem. Now that McDonald's has taken care of that we should be good :p

how's my heart going to explode now!!!!!!!! And isn't this a bad business move supersize french fries costs like McD's like .30 cents and they sell them from 2 bucks!! And when you add them on to a meal that extra 40 cents they charge you is like all profit.

Good. They had the wrong name for it any way. They should have called it Fatfvck Size.

WTF??:|:| I love supersizing my meals.

Some of us have the ability to control our eating habits (or are blessed with a fast metabolism;)).

Too bad the Atkins freaks, lardasses and litigation happy idiots have to ruin everything:|

Wendy's, now THERE are some good fries!

McD's fries are the best! Wendy's fries are too thick and nasty. BK fries are just downright disgusting

I bet they'll come out with something different. Just canning the whole supersize doesn't make sense. Maybe they'll change the name to "extra large". I don't understand it! Let's protest and eat at burger king now!
