MCSE - Who has one and what is it worth these days

MCSE for a while became the everybodies got one and it doesn't mean squat certificate. I was wondering who in todays economy has one? I also want to know if they are still good to have, if they help your employment prospects and if they gain you some more cash.

Without experience it means jack squat. With the right experience it means much. If you're a newbie and only have that paper cert to your name, your game cred goes down, a lot.
