OMG! OMG! Seriously! It's going to be at every store! Happy days are here again oh happy days, oh happy days. Happy days are here again!

The incredible McRib will be sold at all US McDonald's stores starting in November. And for all the haters here's a nice little fact.

There are almost 300 Facebook groups devoted to the sandwich, but McDonald's says it has nothing to do with them. It does say it has sold more than 60 million McRib sandwiches during the last three years, compared to about 1.5 billion Big Macs. And for about six weeks starting Nov. 2, it will be available at all of its U.S. outlets. "It doesn't sell well all year long because people get tired of it," says McDonald's USA president Jan Fields.

They used to sell the pork patties very similar to what they use on it at Sams Club. Add your own BBQ sauce and you have a much better sandwich.

<--- Hates McDonalds.

heh, when I see food like that I think about the heart surgeon that always carried lots of business cards specially made with the first line reading "see you soon"
He handed them out around restauraunts.

I'd rather eat a turd sandwich. I tried one of these as a kid and almost threw up before I swallowed the first bite.

Didn't all high schools have something similar to this on the lunch menu?

It's just not the same. McDonald's does whatever incredible cooking and spices to the rib that make it out of this world good. They must use only the finest hand picked tastiest parts of the pig which is why it's so rare. It takes them a year or longer to feed and select only the top quality hogs for this ambrosia.

Not the same thing.

You can even get something similar from On-Cor..

But the BBQ Sauce that McD's uses is like liquid crack.

I have eaten the On Cor "rib shaped compressed meat" and although they are tasty, the McRib is much better. Its like you said, the sauce is addicting and there is a little less filler.
