MCI/UPS Voice Command engine?

I am attempting to Get through to MCi and I am finding thier interface very annoying, would anyone happen to know of any commands of the voice activated engine in use? For example, say 1 for option one, ect. Help would be apprcieated.

I've tried both the "Lower my rates" and "Don't bash my freakin' package to shiit" commands. Neither worked.
