What in the fsck made you think eggs and sausage were low in fat or calories no matter where it's made?
Turkey sausage + Eggbeaters?

Anyways, as long as its only an occasional trip to McD's, it's not something I'd get too worked up about.

That's not sausage, and also not eggs 😉

Actually, Egg Beaters are made with real egg. They just leave out the yolk...which is where all the fat and cholesterol are.

I don't consider skim milk to be "milk" either 😛

Actually, once a cow "gives" it's milk, the butterfat seperates rather quickly from the milk, so when it gets to a production site, milk is skim right off the bat. The butterfat was to be added back to make milk creamier and in the whole, 1%, 2% forms. You could say real milk is skim milk.

I learned this from The Learning Channel. 😀

No way, The Learning Channel only shows worthless shows about babies, midgets, fat people, fashion, people with wicked birth defects, weddings, and interior decorating. (Ironically, nothing about actual learning.) They suck at life.

Ruby Tuesday Bella Turkey Burger

1,145 calories
71 g fat
56 g carbs

We chose this burger for more than its calorie payload: Its name implies that it's healthy.

Yeah, I wonder how much better turkey sausage would be instead of pork sausage. 😛

Yesterday's TLC line-up was almost all "half-ton" people shows.

Then it was Discovery Channel. I always get the two mixed up.

Be that as it may, my 2% "skim" milk doesn't taste like water 😉

It cracks me up when people complain about McDonald's.

As I said, this is why restaurants are so resistant to posting nutritional info.

Hell, can you imagine these idiots when they go to their favorite Italian or French restaurant after they're forced to post nutritonal info and they shit their pants upon seeing their favorite dinner totals 2500 calories and over 150 grams of fat???

Yeah, McDonald's is so bad...

Are restaurants legally required to have nutritional info. for all their menu items? It seems only the large chain places actually make it available in the restaurant and/or on their website.

I've never seen nutritional info. posted anywhere for any local restaurant I've ever been to.

Exactly why I laugh when people tell me that "I haven't eaten McDonalds in years because its unhealthy" yet the shit they eat at Italian restaurants is all covered in cheese and butter and its way worse.

A big mac has 564 calories

Typical pasta plate at Macaroni grill has over 1000 calories

The trend in legislation forced by the food police is going that way. Soon all restaurants will be forced to have on-menu nutritional info.

All because idiots couldn't bother to be more educated. There's no such thing as personal accounability anymore :disgust:
