I'd like to use this for comskip and file size reduction of a couple programs. Instructions for it seem to be designed for converting everything in a folder. How would you use the program to manually select and process one file at a time?
 
Don't use the Monitor Tasks (delete them). You can drag and drop files into the Status window (ensure the engine has been started) or you can use the Add button the status page
