Woman finds blood in her food.

McDonalds admits the blood belonged to an employee.

McDonalds ignores the woman and now she is sueing for at least $10,000

She should get $1,000,000+.

That is just disturbing.

I'd be happy to find blood in my food for $1,000,000..I think that's a bit excessive.

Have you (or anyone else) thought that perhaps maybe it was truly an accident? Fast food moves at a very quick pace, it's possible that the employee got cut without realizing it (happens to me working on computer cases all the time). It may not have been intentional. And...how much blood was it? Just a little smear? Do we really know all the facts here??

So what if she can't eat out? it's doing her a favor.

Her biggest risk is hepatitis. It is VERY hard, if not near impossible to get HIV from ingesting the virus.

Wow, she actaully tried to work it out before going to court. Good for her. I think the $10K is more than fair on her part.
Since McD's is being a dick about paying her medical costs, though, I'd have hit them for more.
