heh heh

Tracey Johnstone, owner of Johnstone Foods, said she never before had a bagel complaint and had no idea how it could have been prepared in a way that would damage teeth.

"It's a bagel," she said.

Classic line. I'm sure the writer of this story had a great time with it. 🙂

A couple is suing the franchisee of a McDonald's restaurant, claiming an improperly prepared bagel damaged the husband's teeth and their marriage.

AHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

It will get thrown out, just like the lawsuit blaming fast food resturants for being fat did.

Frivolous(sp?)lawsuits will be a crime soon in the U.S

No more sue happy people.

Next thing you know, MCD will be sued for their food being too fatty or greasy.

EDIT: Damnit

Hello, McFly....

Some lardos already tried that, the judge laughed and tossed it out

we really need anti stupidity laws

I'd rather see people be able to Countersue for bringing a stupid lawsuit. The judge should award a monetary sum as well as have both the plaintiff and their lawyer have to stand on the courthouse step and shout how much of a moron and loser they are.
