McD's use to let food set in in the warmers for 45 minutes, sometimes upwards to two hours. It changed around '97 or so.

You guys obviously have never been inside a butcher block at a grocery store(or a butcher shop.... Talk about nasty...

I completely agree. Most, if not all fast food restaraunts have poor quality standards. From what I've heard, McD*cks actually has one of the highest in the industry. I'm not trying to defend them, but they are a little better than most.

Its not just fast food. And some of the worst offenders are high dollar restraunts...
