Apparently the guy on the other end of the phone has NEVER got in trouble and been accused of doing this twice and twice the jury has found him not guilty - EVEN WITH PHONE CARDS in his room that show him calling the restaurants on days of reported phone call sodomizing scams?? WTF???

He needs to go to jail and the man who got the blowjob needs to get some sort of help for being such a passive/obidient person.

Does anyone have a link to part 2 of that Dateline special that was posted on Youtube?
 
I was able to watch this now..what's messed up is the guy that got oral was obviously capitalizing on this.

It's fucked up that the manager was denying that the girl asked for help and that she had put her head on her shoulder at one point (due to the attorney).

I think the manager, the guy and the caller should be in jail for stupidity. The girl really couldn't do anything. It's easy to say she could have just ran out, but she was cornered and two people larger than her where commanding this. One top of that she was freaking naked. That apron was less than a hospital gown.

I mean I know there are some stupid people in this world, and TBH McDonald's employees are probably often in that category, but it is really hard for me to see how this could have evolved this way without being some sort of inside scheme. Maybe I overestimate human intelligence, but the probability of all these people being smart and extorting money seems more likely to me than the possiblity they are all totally stupid and obedient like that.

Unfortunately that is the same as playing armchair quarterback.

It is extremely easy to manipulate people in a position of authority, esp those that are young.

She was being accused of a crime and was more than likely in a different state of mind.

I don't know. my 14 yr old sister-in-law knows enough that if someone ask her to strip yyou tell them to fuck off.

I wold be willing to bet most girls would know not to do it.

i know at 16 if i was told to strip by the McDonalds manager i would have told him to fuck off.

though if th easst manager said it i would have have said her first. man she was hot.

 
So she's a dumb ass and gets paid because of it? I tell ya, I worked at McDonalds for 2 years when I was a teen and there weren't a lot of intelligent people working there. I can understand kids working there, first job and all, but the adults that were managers? Get a freakin' life! That's what I want to do when I grow up...work fast food and babysit teenagers.

I know exactly how much they made, some of them boasted about it. There's no amount of money that substitutes that they have to work there for 10 years or so first and work their way up a dirty ladder. They smell like grease and are all pretty much freaks.

Do we know for a fact that there was even SOMEONE ON THE PHONE? I doubt that audio was taken with that video surveillance. We can't even prove that someone was on the other end of that phone... right?!? I still think this is absurd, Miligram experiment or not.

I can really see both sides here. It's terrible what that girl went through, but if you're not born with that little bell in your head that says 'something isn't quite right here' you're gonna suffer the consequences the rest of your life.

The problem is most people can see this and say they wouldn't be part of it.

Real life shows otherwise. I am sure quite a bunch of girls don't fall into this and it's not forced.

What happens though is someone like this tests the waters enough and they find their mark and keep going with it.

This is why psychology pays off for those in charge of people and crowd control. You can do a lot with putting people in certain areas you want traffic directed.

Pure proof are line experiments. Take a row of bank tellers say 3 windows. Make two huge lines and have one teller with no one in front of them clearly looking out making eye contact and waiting.

Now everyone in the lines is a control group. They are only to start moving over should the teller verbally announce it and one of the 'subjects' elects to move first.

Start having people come into the bank.

Chances are people will look at that teller, then look at either line and pick one of the long lines to get in. Even when a new customer comes in and figures it out and goes to the line and is served many of the other subjects will just look and not move.

It's easy to say your relative would just go for the empty line as well...but it usually doesn't happen.

This phenomena is how much of the mass killings have been made very easy in history.

She is claiming to be a victim as well, in reality I think she hung that kid out to rot thinking she was a criminal in some way. She should never be allowed to hold a position over other workers again.

this would not be the first time a young person has been manipulated similarly though. This is just special as it was all caught on tape.

Everyday women, men, kids are tricked into things even worse than this.
