If you enter the codes on the website, does that mean you can't use the gamepiece anymore? (to complete a set)

I think its valid on both...

I think they distribute the third piece in different areas. IE you can get park place on the east coast and boardwalk on the west coast, etc. The way they distribute it, it is really hard to get a set.

Not entirely true, about 8-9 years ago I worked at a McD. I saw a Park Place and a Boardwalk go out the door within an hour and a half of eachother.
