It's gotta be. I immediately got 4 railroads and can't get the 4th. Got park place and cannot get boardwalk. Many of the color sets I very easily got 2 of 3 right away, but cannot get the 3rd after going around the board a few times.

This is the way it has always been. Always, one piece for each set that is difficult to get. Others, you can throw away, because if you have the ONE piece, the others are easy to find.

This is the way it has always been. Always, one piece for each set that is difficult to get. Others, you can throw away, because if you have the ONE piece, the others are easy to find.

It's because they circulate millions of the non-winning piece like Parkplace and 1 Boardwalk.
