You, my friend, are an idiot if you think that you will go to jail for entering best buy buck online and then using them in the store. You may get a fine of some sorts at the maximum but that is it. Try again.

lol. Where did I say you would go to jail? Nothing more funny than a retard calling someone else stupid 😉

I said that it is illegal to do it. Doing something illegal doesn't mean you automatically go to jail.

I know, that is why I said to try using only BBbucks to but a game. Some BB managers will not let you use them, they will make up their own rules. Read one of my earlier posts about the problem I, and many others, had last year with the same rules.

- The managers are wrong, if you feel that you might be screwed over, bring the rules with you. BB has to follow the rules.

Anybody win anything so far? I just won a $200 gift card by landing on go! 😀 😀

Edit: On the online game.

Question.

The best buy bucks have a unique code for online redeption but the sku for instore is all the same. Whats to prevent someone from using the online codes then using the same bucks instore? I apologize if this was already covered, but I did not see it. Thanks😕

- Morals... A local store keeps their money visible, so anyone could easily take it without being caught. Nobody will know you stole the money, but it is still wrong to do.

Out of 100 entrys submitted in the first week I have received a grand total of 3 back. Is there anything I can do about this or am I screwed?

I think you may be in trouble.

I sent in 100 the last week of the month and got all 100 back in 3-4 days. I live in NC if that helps.

But I ended up with $129. 🙂

Did you print those out or hand write them? Some peeps over at SD have hundreds outstanding and they were laser printed ones.

- Unless they are at the post office for some weird reason, don't expect to get anymore back.

I scanned in everything after writing it out on the envelope, and then used a printer to print it all out. I got back all but like 5

As I understand it, once the code is used online, it won't work in store since they scan at least one and count the others, correct? I've been looking on ebay and people are selling ones that have been used online for in store use only. Won't those get rejected?

Well I bought a Kodak C875 camera with my best buy bucks. I had 100 slips that equaled $128 (7x$5 and 93x$1).
The guy did not want to scan so they scanned 1 $5 and just reducded the price of the camera by $128 ($5 to much) Now the funny part is they copied my drivers license when they told the manager how many I had. Kinda BS but they did match their online price $225 and the guy that helped me was new so I did not care.

Today is the last day to play the online game.

3 bad exp here:
1. won't stack with the 12% coupon (CSR actually scan them... but with doubt, took the item off and rescan and the total all screw up). Put it bag and I went them back. Then I found out that I got some others (because she already put into her bag) BBB that are invalid (used online). That's means I end up with someone else double dipped BBB....
2. I went to buy 9.98 total stuff and the "manager" said he can't scan in more (because the CSR is new and have no clue how to scanning those). End up scan 8 (the CSR can't count...) in and give me $9 off. I show their Best Buy policy I printed before and they just said can't do it... end up pay the $1.0x (tax)
3. Tried to buy a PC game ($19.99) and said can only use $3 (the rule clearly said video game and computer software exclude from that rule). I didn't have the rule with me and don't argue with them and left.

This is the BB at East Hanover, NJ
