Meanwhile, Ogborn is suing McDonald's and Summers for false imprisonment.
In a statement, McDonald's said, "We take this matter very seriously and through our training try very hard to warn employees about such schemes."
McDonald's training manual does include a section which cautions employees that "no legitimate law enforcement agency would ever ask you to conduct such a search."
But none of the employees "Primetime" spoke with at the Mount Washington, Ky., McDonald's say they ever recall seeing the warning.

like that whole incident is really McDonalds fault. OMFG, this sue anybody with money stuff in the US is really ridiculous.
and as for what happened... poor naive stupid 18 year olds. i feel bad for her, but she really was naive.
Any girl put in that situation at that age could react that way. Because of the process of abuse they recess and detach themselves from the situation, and become very susceptable to suggestion. Guys tend to react more aggressively in a situation like that, girl tend to be more passive, but it happens to guys as well. Don't judge the girl just because she was young and listened to her boss to be stripped searched, and then detached herself from the situation.
McDonald's is partially to blame for not training the managers in case of this situation. They had the training material, but they didn't give it to the employees. They should have given the employees the material and made them sign a waiver saying they had read the material, but that would have been too much money for McDonald's. They aren't a big factor, but they are liable, so they should at least cover medical cost (psychiatrist) and back pay (that really isn't too much to ask for). The real people that need to be sued and ruined for this are (drumroll please):
The manager needs to be put in jail for negligence. The two guys who did the crime should be put away for at least 20-30.
