My first legal job as a high school kid was with McDonalds. Our store was used to launch and test new products in the region, one of those was called the McDLT. Two sided serving box to keep the top bun, lettuce, mayo, tomato cold and separate from the lower bun, "meat", and cheese. We affectionately labeled the new burger the "DickMeLT" to the chagrin of management. We also carried to the Cheddar Melt, the worst offering all time, we called that one the "Cheddar Yak"....

if i remember correctly, from the picture....

the 'rice buns' look like they were held together perhaps with molasses, and looks like puff rice Krispy (TM), and maybe crunchy.

it a burger made with pork, and japanese style sauce (teriyaki?)

the purple pie is made with taro... which is a pretty good bubble tea flavor.
