I remember hearing about that a while back. Last I heard they settled out of court. She didn't get the $100k she wanted, but it was some money to shut her up.

Believe it or not, that was a legit newstory. I still don't think she really got a chickenhead in her nuggets. But that was a reall story that she claimed she did.
 
this brings me to the Carls Jr (Hardees's for you east coast guys) ad..

"Carl's Jr Chicken Breast Strips, cause Chickens dont have nuggets".
 
I just got that in my email. When I saw the bottom closeup I almost horked! I really doubt it's Photoshop. I don't see 100K worth of "damages" either!
 
Thoroughly disgusting.

Its hard to believe tho bcause the last time I got some mcnuggets, they were so processed and goopy, chicken was the last thing I thought was in them.
 
I don't think it's photoshoped either. I think it really is a deep-fried chicken head, I just don't think McDonald's was the one that put that head in her nuggets. I'm thinking she fried it, stashed it in her purse, slipped it in the container, found it and acted all pissed and surprised.

I'm certain they could determine whether it was their batter on it. Ugh... if that happened to you, what would you do? Ichhhh, I'm getting nauseous... I'd try to get some kind of free food deal out of 'em, but I'm not sure I could even eat there after that!

I'd do the American thing, sue McD's ass off.
 
Thats impossible I work at mcdonalds and that head would never fit into the tray we use to put the nuggets into the fryer... also someone would have to notice it.
1.Open the bag and put the nuggets in the tray(you would notice it right away)
2. Take the nuggets out and put them in the thing that keeps them warm(wuld notice it right away)
3. Use the scoop to put the nuggets in the bag/box (would notice it right away since you have to look at them to count them....)
4. Since it would not fin in the tray, it would be impossible for it to actualy be cooked since it would float at the top.

Total BS imo. Nothing wrong with eating a chicken head either.
