I really wonder how McCain feels about this. Not from a political perspective, but would you like it if people were calculating the chances of you living 4 more years, especialy a percentage of 20% chance of dying.

I'm a Obama supporter, and I recognize the entire "He's too old" perspective, but still, it just seems almost wrong to do this.

Because of his selection of Palin, McCain's age and health are much more relevant. I don't think McCain is too old to be President, but he is too old to run for President AND have an idiot as his running mate. :)

I don't understand why discussing age might be distasteful for you. Can you explain?

I think his chance of getting elected is less than his chance of dying if elected.

So, nothing to worry about.

Mike Moore was great on larry king.
One great comment was that people voting for Mccain need to realize they are actually voting for Palin as president. The average male life span in the US is 75. Mccain is 72...?
Note from Palin: Youuuuuuuu betcha! :lips:

Yep
Red, this thread is worthless.

Thus my response was equally worthless.

As I have pointed out several times we have not had a President die before the age of 78 since LBJ.

In fact, going all the way back to Hoover, LBJ and FDR are the only two President to die at an age younger than McCain will be in 4 years.

That's a pretty decent track record.
