They guy can't even run a coherent campaign, you think he's capable of running the country?

This. GOP is regretting not picking Romney.

Well, the dilemma for the party there is that the Palin radicals wouldn't have voted for Romney, fearing that he'd move the capitol to Salt Lake City.

On that note, do you feel that if McCain had chosen Romney as his running mate he would be doing better in the polls?

Wow... Corbett really went off the deep end here. The stench of desperation from the extreme right is just palpable. It's like I've been saying for months, no matter who wins, they've already lost.

I'm not desperate. I'll vote for McCain as the lesser of two evils but when Republicans lose this fall, it will be there own fault for nominating McCain in the first place.

Pages and pages of attacking the OP for a P&N SOP in an obvious attempt to throw the thread off-topic is not desperation?

Acutally, I just took a small jab at the OP for being an echo-chamber for the libs over at Digg. he decided to lie and say he didnt get his link from there and I called him out on it. He could have just admitted it and been done with it but instead chose to drag it out and still wont admit it, so thats why this thread has gone so far.
And that matters how? You fucked this thread up on purpose. If Juddog requests it I'll lock this thread and allow him to start another and if you pull the same stunt you'll be posting elsewhere for a few days.

Pot, meet kettle.

Not true, you have been the continual source of a pointless argument over something that is a normal procedure here on P&N. If you similarly polluted every other thread with a title/summary/content of the source link, we'd have to dig through page upon page to find actual content other than your pointless argument over this nonsense.

But yeah, go ahead and tempt the mods, that's a GREAT idea.

I'm not tempting any mods. What I guess you are missing is the following.'

Yes, it is common place here to post the exact same article title as the one you link to. No problem with that.

However, what the OP has done here is copy a headline from a liberal site that constantly "diggs" topics to the top that portray Obama in a good light and McCain in a bad light. And when I called him out on his lack of originality in the topic name, he chose to LIE and say he was the one who came up with the topic name when in fact, he didnt.

I am not lying when I state I did not grab the article from Digg. Once again you are /b/'ing up the thread with nonsense. You have no proof to back up your accusations. Stop tempting the mods to lock the thread. You are trying to discredit something posted on youtube simply because another site had a link to the same video - there is no correlation between the two. Simply because you have latched onto an idea that there is a connection, does not mean that an actual connection exists. Your logic is flawed and all you are doing is making yourself look like a child.

If you think the President of the United States doesnt affect you, you've obviously been under a rock for the last 8 years.

I have posted the proof plenty of times here already. You're a liar. With that said, I'll let it go now. But just for reference, here is my PROOF.

Something I noticed that was pretty odd about this election is that many of the GOP themselves are starting to turn against McCain.

McCain gets criticism from his own party

Does anybody else find this odd? I mean these guys aren't just "liberal media", they are true-blood conservatives. I think this further shows how McCain and lately some of the republican party has strayed away from values they used to hold in the Reagan era 20 - 30 years ago.

Can you think for yourself or are you just going to continue to steal headlines from Digg?

Oh noes I posted something which was made popular on Digg 15 minutes after my post (digg "made popular" at 8:01 AM, my post at was at 7:43 AM)

Has your trolling gotten so bad that the only reason you find to criticize a post is that it got bumped up on Digg after I already posted?

It may have been "made popular" after you posted this but it was obviously posted yesterday, which makes you just an echo chamber for the liberal morons over at Digg.

First of all, I missed the Digg article, and second, this is Anandtech, not Digg. I don't scan Digg for articles before coming to Anandtech, and haven't even looked at Digg in the past week until you mentioned the video being posted on there. Try to debate the actual point instead of flaming because the video was posted on an unrelated site.

Really? Is that why your original response was :

So let me get this straight. You don't check Digg but your thread title is almost exactly what was on Digg a full day before you posted it?

Anandtech Title Posted 10/14/2008 07:43 AM:

Topic Title: McCain getting slammed by his own party members
Topic Summary: Rats fleeing a sinking ship?

Digg Title Posted 10/12/208 11:58pm:

GOP Rats Jumping Off Good Ship McCain

With that, I will end the argument

You're just embarssing yourself... can't even debate a simple point without crying about a fucking HEADLINE.

As CAD would say - you're just trying to "duhhvert" from the topic.
