First of all, english is not my language...

Okay, i have a problem...i mean, not my computer but i'm trying figure out what's the problem...so, when on the beggining keyboard is not blinking, is it motherboard in question?!

Is anything else not working? Is the keyboard being detected at startup? Have you made sure the keyboard is fully plugged in? If it's USB, try another USB port. Failing that, try another keyboard and see if it happens to that too.

Nop, nothing...monitor is not turning on and there is no blink on keyboard...i heard something about that non blink but i can't remember which component is bandaged with that non blink problem...

Keyboards (both USB and PS/2) require a source of +5V to work. If everything is OK, you should see a cycle thru the lights as the self-test is performed.

If there is some problem with the +5V to your ports then that is what you'll see and the keyboard itself shouldn't work either. It is possible that the contact for +5 is loose in the connector. I know I have to plug into my front-panel USB jack several times to get some devices to show up. Damned cheap connectors...

Yeah, i get that...but problem is...i turn on pc and monitor is not turning on (it's not graphic card), pc is working but keyboard shows no blink which is necessary before windows start to load which means something is wrong and i think it's mbo...

I can't explain well because english is not my language as i said already and bunch of words i don't know...
