MBM5 setting for PIII's internal temp probe?

Since my BH6 doesn't have a cpu temp, what sensor in MBM 5 do I choose in order to read from the PIII's internal temperature probe? I'm not sure which one to use - I've tried several with different (weird) results.

Unfortunately, the BH6 does not have the circuitry required to read the CPU's internal diode.
