MBM 5 w/Shutdown Now

Anyone using Shutdown Now with Motherboard Monitor? I just want it to shut down my computer automatically when the cpu reaches a certain temp. I know to tick the box to tell MBM to launch Shutdown at alarm temp, but how do I configure Shutdown to do its part? The program is fairly incomprehensible to me.

Install ShutdownNow, then restart MBM. Select ShutdownNow from the menu, set the temp and the amount of time before shutting down the system. To test just set the temp lower than the current temp. A dialog box should come up warning about the temp being too high. Then ShutdownNow should turn off the system in the amount you told it too. It's being a while since I set it up, so might have missed a step. Let me know how it goes.
