MBM 5 vs IWILL XP 333R PC Health Status

Voltage readings are very different between the programs. The bios derived Iwill PC Health Status voltages are acceptable, while Motherboard Monitor shows the following: +5V @ 6.5V and +12V @ 11.25. I have noticed that my PC can sometimes be unstable. Which ones are right (or at least closer to the truth)?😕
