The school that I have recently become employed with (in January) offers tuition reimbursement for job-related courses. I have thought about going either MBA or MS QCF. I think an MBA would be more widely accepted, but the Quantitative and Computational Finance route sounds a lot more interesting to me. It's jointly offered by our Management, Math, and Engineering departments. From the description:
