MB only supports DDR2 667 but can I use DDR2 800

I've yet to see a kit of DDR2-800 that didn't have an SPD (auto settings) for DDR2-667 - so you should be good to go

Do I have to have 64 bit windows to get the full use of the memory?

but even with 32bit you get 3-3.5gigs available - IIRC it depends on how much video memory you have - I know I get 3.5gig avail and others get 3.25
