MB identification help

I've got a motherboard here that I need some help identifying.
The only name we've found on the board is 'UWAVE' even this was covered in black marker, with a sticker over it.

Here's what I know so far:

It's a micro ATX board, 2 PCI 1 AGP
Onboard Sound, no video or NIC
Socket A
The board is green, with white lettering
VIA chipset
Pheonix BIOS

If anyone knows how I can get more info about this board, please let me know.
