Can the motherboard from the Shuttle SB65G2, model no. FB65, fit into a regular ATX case? The form factor of the motherboard is FlexATX, supposedly. I am upgrading my video card (an AGP 6600GT) cooling and also the power supply, and want a case that would fit. Thank you.

I think most ATX case support mATX. The mATX is just smaller, just have to screw it into the right holes on the ATX case.

Yes, like Wall says. Most smaller boards allow you to put in a larger case. Its more difficult the other way around like an ATX Mobo in a SFF case.

:edit: sorry meant to say smaller not micro as in micro atx or baby atx

A shuttle doesn't use a micro ATX board, like the op said it uses flex atx. I think you'll have a hard time fitting it in an ATX case, but you never know. The mounting points are probably proprietary and some of them have proprietary power supply connections.

Also, are you doing to still use the heatpipe because i'm not sure if you'll be able to mount normal heatsinks on the socket either.
