MB/CPU combo suggestions?

Hi there,

I have this project for a computer, but there are some complications.

1) The machine will be carried around quite a bit, so it needs to be in a case as small as possible. Therefore, a m-ATX motherboard is probably the way to go.
2) It will have only two HDDs, and it doesn't matter what interface they use.
3) VERY important: it MUST have an AGP port!!! (to accommodate a Radeon AIW x800 XL, for both gaming AND multimedia purposes - which I already possess.)
4) Only one optical drive is needed.
5) If motherboard comes with decent LAN, USB, 1394 and audio, no extra PCI cards are needed.

Now, I've been looking at these:

Motherboard: MSI K8MM-V (CAD$61.99)
CPU: AMD Sempron 2800+ 64bit Socket754 (CAD$49.99)

I know most of you aren't in Canada and the prices may be different, but I'm still wondering if you can suggest alternative, cheaper components...

I'm hoping the machine will still have good speed and strength to easily handle modern gaming (Doom3 @ 1024x768) and video encoding tasks.

semprons and celeron D's are very alike. don't get either. they are terrible processors, will cause lag in multitasking and when you have a lot of shi_ comin' on screen, dude your computer will suffer.

get a P4 or an Athlon 64
