MB @ 50c?!!?

Hey guys,
I got a weird problem....I got a cpu @ 28c and a MB @ 50c! The only cause I can think of is that I just put in an ATI 9800 Pro. Any thoughts?

-AMD 2500+
-ATI 9800 Pro 128
-2 x 512mb kingston
-A7N8X-deluxe

You sure those temps arent reversed? (The MB temp is the CPU temp, and vice versa?)

I'm not sure how they could be reveresed, I checked the cableing...

No no, I mean like, is the program reading the temps wrong, and 50 is your CPU temp, and 28 is your MB? What monitoring program are you using?
