Woe is me, I have to use strength to steer..

Modern cars suck to steer without power steering and it's not like big strong people buy Mazda cars anyways. Small steering wheels that all cars have now-a-days make it difficult for average people to turn without power steering. My mom wouldn't be able to turn the wheel without power steering.

Holy Shit. Maybe this is how they minimize weight...just let the parts rust into nothing.

There is no way in hell I'd take delivery of that car.
OK bad joke. That is just actually a protege owner I think complaining about his. 😉

I would still buy another mazda if it was a miata but otherwise it would be a real hard sell on me. A guy had a very nice miata today in a parking lot at lunch but was way way ghey on the zoom stuff. His plate was ZOOMTIME (or ZOOM something), then on the side a sticker that said...can you guess? it said ZOOM. Then on his windshield a decal at the top that said "FAST CAR". Just kidding, it also said ZOOM-ZOOM. Talk about brand whore.

Wow... people like that need to get laid... I wonder how well that has worked attracting guys.

I've got a big chunk of paint missing off my hood when this fist sized rock hit it like 4 months ago. We'll see how that progresses.

Hmm, I have a 2008 Mazda 3. Haven't gotten an email or mail about it. It doesn't have any rust but being less than 3 years old I would hope not.

And depending when you lose power steering, it could definitely cause a crash.

I've seen some rusty Mazdas but not sure any that much more bad than most other cars. Here's my old 1993 Mazda 626 in December 2005:

Of course a few years later, and when I got rid of it this year, it had a number of rust spots, but most 15+ year old cars that spent their entire time in cold places that use salt will have rust.
