I'm curious to know just how many ATOTers have bought one.

If you don't mind, please answer the following:

1) 4-Door or 5-Door?
2) I or S version?
3) AT or MT?
4) Exterior Color?
5) Interior Color?
6) Options?
7) Price?

The 5 door only comes in S
MT
Solar Yellow
Black/blue
ABS + Airbags
Wheel Locks
Power Moonroof+6 CD changer
16,777 MSRP was 19,135, Invoice was 17,790

I thought about getting a mazda 3 5 door in yellow. It would've been the "smart" decision. Instead I decided to take the stupid route and order a 350z. 😀😀(stupid as in I'll be paying for it out my a$$).

I almost bought a Protege5.
Next year there is a good chance I will almost buy a 5-Door 3, but I will probably cheap out again.
 
My GF just picked up a Mazda3 4-door S with sport and power packages, and moonroof in Orange Lava Mica with black/red cloth interior. Paid just under $18K.

We absolutely love the car.

Just so you know, when I bought it used, it was riced out, and I did all of us a favor by de-ricing it. (and in so doing got a huge fuel economy increase).

I was thinking about getting a Mazda3 GT hatchback

the GT has almost everything.. 17" rims and all.

the one I drove and the one I would buy was:

Red metallic
hatchback wagon
5 speed
black cloth interior (no leather)
fully loaded minus leather (ONLY thing it didn't have)

really nice little car.
