Progress Finally!

Anyone still think this will take years? Northern resistance on horseback kicking but on Taliban, Taliban warriors fighting each other, US bombers kicking butt...

The Taliban has kept the majority of their strength in the interior of the country, waiting for American ground attack, haven't they? This is hardly a war-ending crisis, at any rate... it may yet take years. 🙂 Good signs, though.

What I would like to know is who is supplying Pakistan with
ammo? They are the one of the few places with fervent support for the Taliban, right?

Could you hear that tune? "It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas....."
I guess those weapons/supplies from Russia is finally going to be ultilized and big morale kick for the Northern Alliance. Anybody want to hazar a guess on Taliban morale right about now?

CocaCola5, They definitely will have to go in very carefully. As fragile as this victory is you cant call it the end, but simply the beginning of the end of the Taliban. There is no doubt the Taliban have a major front for thier defense but if the Allied bombings remain effective the Taliban cannot defend.

The government of Pakistan doesn't support the Taliban but quite a few of the people there do.
