He owns everything he's involved in. His management company is his own, he's promoted by his own company. And to my knowledge he doesn't have a clothing or shoe line from any company. Rebook paid him money years ago to do 1 ad. He can say whatever the fuck he wants because him and his dad control 100% of his business affairs. Doubtful the promotion company he owns and runs will do anything. The only sponsor he mentioned in his rant was Rebook and he hasn't been working with them for years now. This rant was to drum up more interest which will result in both him and Manny making more $$$ when they fight. This is a persona he puts on to make his bank account fatter. Manny doesn't know how to promote himself, and not surprisingly makes far less per fight. In real life from all stories you read Floyd is one of the nicest, family guys you'll ever meet. He gives tons of money to charity even. This asshole act works because people who hate him will buy all his PPV's in the hopes they finally see him get his 1st lost. He's a fucking marketing genius, everything he says is very calculated, he never just spouts off at the mouth. It just sounds like that.
It's ok to be racist, if you own everything you do, make bank and donate to charities?

Isn't Quebert a white guy though? I think he's confused just like that Indian fell'er that also thinks he's black.

Quebert lives in the ghetto, and therefore identifies himself as black. He has admitted this in many threads. Many. Everyone knows this.

You can take the thug out of the ghetto, but you can't take the ghetto out of the thug.

It's not racist because he's black. Black people can say whatever they want and get a free pass. Everyone knows this.

I don't mind too much. I rather be limited in what I can say than get profiled by cops and looked over for jobs.

Pacquiao would be regarded as the better fighter because he beat Floyd in a weight class where both were undefeated and he's also fought more fights overall than Floyd. Once Pacman beats Margarito in the 152 weight class soon, he will add to his record 7 champion weight class belts (previous best was 6 by ODLHoya). It's unfathomable that a fighter can win belts at 112 up to 152, you will never see that again in your lifetime.

There is no 152 weight class in pro boxing. There is a 154lb., and a 147lb weight class.

He doesn't need to lose anything, I could give a rats ass one way or the other.

However, for QueBert to have a point he'd have to have lost something. Syringer said if a white guy had done this he would have consequences. Someone else gave the Zoeller example and how he lost a lot when he made racist comments about another competitor.

In other words, QueBert is talking out of his ass while demonstrating he can't read. Almost lost everything != lost almost everything. LOL

QueBert always goes out of the way to defend blacks, even when they are wrong. The jab at whitey is also expected from him, and it's comical his example is used against him, yet he still doesn't get it. He's a broken record in this regard, his posts in any thread where race is mentioned is as predictable as the sun rising.

Uhh there would be consequences here if Floyd didn't run his own shit dummy. He's NOT getting a pass, the media will pick him apart for what he said as will many boxing fans. I' not defending what he said, I simply stated a fact, which is that there's nothing anyone can do to him for saying what he did because he's in charge. You're lying to yourself if you think any other management company besides his own would put up with these kind of antics. Show me where I defended him, or even said what he said was right? I didn't, so you fail at life. If you think what I said = defending, then you lack simple comprehension. He spouts off like this because he controls his money and his business affairs. If he was managed by Golden Boy Promotions he'd keep his mouth shut because they would drop him in a heartbeat over a story like this. And if he had any sponsors like Nike or Gatoraide they would drop him after an incident like this. But he's not sponsored by anyone so he stands to lose nothing but some fans. Do you understand that? No, obviously I'm defending him hummm...

Go on thinking I'm defending him, I got a good chuckle out of your message.

I don't know what country you are in, but in America there is this thing called affirmative action, where if you're black you can go to any college you want for free with sub-par academic performance, and where large companies will pay a pretty penny for competitive black employees to make their workforce more diverse.

Oh yeah! I can't wait for this fight! Right up until Mayweather dicktucks yet again using some other ridiculous stipulation for the fight that Paquiao doesn't/shouldn't have to adhere to.

In the back of my mind I'm just clinging to the hope they're just driving up their price to fight.

Of course Mayweather's doing all this so he can make more $$$. Outside of James Toney I don't think sports has ever seen a more arrogant person. And shit he might even more more full of himself than Toney. Floyd absolutely believes he's unbeatable, he's far too cocky to think a man who has 3 loses on his record has a chance of beating him.

It`s all a business,nothing more.

Yep, LOL.
Thats boxing and has always been boxing. He called him yellow as a slur, that is nothing, lol. Man its stuff like this why he gets 20-30 million a fight, that and he is helluva a fighter. Clearly no one here watches when Mexican and Puerto Rican fighters get into. Trash talking is part of boxing scene big time.

My only fail was falling out of my chair laughing at your cluelessness. Fuzzy didn't almost lose his sponsors, he LOST almost ALL his sponsors. Learn to read simpleton.

To the best of my knowledge I don't think Floyd has any big contracts with sponsors. I don't follow the game that closely, but I thnk he makes almost all his money from the ring.

Yes, the catch weight is 152 b/c Manny isn't going to make 154 but it's for the vacant 154 belt. I know for 147 he had to eat 7000 calories a day to maintain his weight on 24/7 HBO. Winning a belt in 8 classes with weight fluctuating from 112 to 152 has to make him the greatest ever. I think it's hilarious that Arum has found a way around Floyd to elevate Manny's legend even higher, to a point Floyd could never match because he's too lazy/doesn't have the heart to switch weight classes and God forbid take on a challenge. But then again, Floyd loves playing the stereotypical black man...

Greatest ever..................taking HGH to move those 8 weight classes. 7000 calories a day is bs. One of my favorite muscle dudes Jay Cutler bounces between 1500-5000 he said.

Here is Jay

I like Manny, he has been good for boxing, but Manny hasn't been clean. He would be seriously fat, even with perfect metabolism eating 7000 calories a day. Unless he had some ailment which does exist. But those folks don't gain 35-40 lbs of muscle weight. No matter how good the genetics, to do what Manny has done goes beyond genetics.

A thread about a clueless moron black dude and of course we have quebert and classy came in and defense that moron. Right on cue. What? No blame on whities this time? I am shock.

Let have a white guy says something (watermelon, fried chicken, out of wedlock kids, liquor stores robberies, crack cocaine, high number of blacks in prison) like Floyd said plus a bunch of the "N" words, I bet you two still say "oh no, that guy didn't mean anything but for kick", Right?

Hey Floyd, Manny is not Japanese, stupid.

Does Cutler also spar 44 rounds and run 8 miles a day? Freddie Roach on Pacman:
“Manny has two advantages over his opponents. He’s in better shape, and he’ll take a punch. He averages 3,000 sit-ups and 44 sparring rounds per day; he runs about eight miles every other morning, uphill. I don’t know what it is, but there’s something inside of him. When he gets hit, he taps his gloves together as if to say, “Here I come.” He gets after an opponent after he takes a shot, as if he liked it.

Pacman may eat 7K calories a day but he needs a good amount of that for his insane training regimen... so no, it's not "beyond genetics".

An average of 8X 8 minute miles@147lbs (slow for a boxer) is 960 calories burned. Lord knows how many calories 44 rounds of boxing a day would burn.

Making stupid ass comments like "Manny hasn't been clean" without proof shows you're just a biased Mayweather fanboy who cannot accept that Manny has done something you will never see again in your life. Mayweather can only dream of winning in 7 different weight divisions let alone 8 (if Manny beats Margarito).

I didn't defend Floyd. You can't find one trainer or promoter in all of boxing who believes Manny has been clean. Not one. I am laughing because people hate on Floyd, he may be a clown, but he is one bad motherfracker in that ring. And this is boxing. Hey the guy taunted DeLahoya wearing a sombrero lol. Floyd is just goating people into buying fights. These two will fight in 2011 I believe and settle it. But please with the Manny training regimen, dude aint eating 7000 calories day without having some kind of disorder. Its bs.

Thats just dumb. Because I believe Manny has cheated that means I am a Mayweather fan boy. Manny is a cheating son of a gun and a lot of people believe that. Its got nothing to do with Mayweather. :p

"As soon as we come off vacation, we're going to cook that big black great person. We ain't worried about that. So they ain't gotta worry about me fighting the monkey. Once I kick the monkey ass, I don't want you all to jump on my d---. So you all better get on the bandwagon now. ... Once I stomp the monkey, I'll make that mother f----- make me kool aide and cook me some fried chicken."

lol, I bet this guy (Mayweather) THINKS he is the best fighter in the world. In reality he is just a good boxer. I'd love to see him step in the K-1 ring with a REAL fighter. Hell, a mediocre UFC fighter would own the shit out of him in the octagon.

And let me tell you, if Mayweather talked that kind of shit before an MMA fight, I would love to see someone snap his arm. And yes, I would flip him off afterwards.
