<< Like mixing NyQuil and DayQuil....don't do it. >>

Hmmmmmm......thanks. Now I wont be able to sleep til I accomplish this.

Mayo + ketchup on my fries. Mmmm... good.
Mayo on my burger, uh huh. On my hot dog, yup. in my slurpee, why not?

I love mayo.

"Mayonnaise, like hollandaise, was invented by the French to cover up the flavor of spoiled flesh, stale vegetables, rotten fish. Beware the sauce! Where food comes beslobbered with an elegant slime you may well suspect the integrity of the basic ingredients."

Mustard for me, but you can't get by on eggsalad or tuna w/o the white slime. If I had to choose I'd go with a spicy albeit spicy honey mustard.

Logically, Mayo is used more often than mustard because it is an ingredient in many foods, as well as used as a condiment.

Off hand, I can't think of any dishes that REQUIRE mustard as an ingredient.

Unlike Potato salad, macaroni salad, etc...that require mayo..

Anyway, I absolutely love mustard!! I probably eat as much as any 3-4 people that I know.

Hot dog, mustard and saurkraut....mmmmm.

What is really good is a touch of mustard on pancakes w/ butter and maple syrup.... (discovered by accident one morning while eating pancakes and sausage...can't have sausage without the mustard.. 🙂)

Mustard...the spicier the better.
