Because these "debates" (air quotes needed, they aren't debates) are circuses for morons. They are modern gladiatorial entertainment for the masses, making money for the network putting them on. They have no ability whatsoever to tell you who would be a better president but that doesn't matter to many I guess. It's like me hiring new programmers by having them all come in and holding a sack race around the conference table. Might be funny but tells me zip about how they might actually do the job. And before someone says "they can answer about their policies and platform!"....if anyone is depending on a "debate" answer of 2 minutes--even assuming they'd stay on topic, which they don't--to tell you their policies, not much to say there.

Conservative douchebags like Ron DeSantis has said for years that it is wrong to be able to negotiate drug prices with big pharma. And a nationalized health system is communist.
So instead of saying they're wrong, they are just going to import cheap drugs from a communist country that negotiates drug prices...namely Canada. And Canadians aren't exactly happy about that plan.
