EDIT: This post has been edited to be more ATOT PC.

So I sold this MAP Sensor on ebay, this guy bids and never pays, then he tries to pay with a credit card, I told up front that I cannot do this. He says he'll send a money order, he never does. I report him to ebay, and his account is locked HAHAHA!!!

Then I get a payment from him on paypal. AGAIN it is with a credit card.

Non-ownage Ensues:

ME:

Again, I cannot accept credit card payments. I can only accept payments that
are funded by a bank account. This is listed explicitly in my auction
listing.

HIM:

I already paid you ok!! You have the money...so, why are you crying now?? Just keep the damned money, keep your sensor, and remove the locks that you put on my e-bay account.

I am tired of dealing with you. So, just take the money, remove the locks and disappear.

It's unbelief that you call your self a "seller" when you don't have an idea of what is the customer service, I am not a fake buyer, but I was not going to be waiting for your e-mail with your address to send the money order, all this time. I NEEDED THAT SENSOR URGENTLY!! And apparently you didn't worried about that. So, now I am not going to please your whims ok.

Just tell me are you going to keep the money or not?

ME:

I cannot keep the money, I have no way to accept credit card payments.

As much as I would love to keep your money, I won't. Also, I am not crying, if anything I am smiling! It is hilarious that they suspended your ebay account. I wanted to crap my pants when excitement when I saw that it said that you were no longer a registered user!

And I have no way of removing the lock. Ebay has put that on your account because of you irresponsibility, not me.

Don't lecture me on customer service. I am pursuing a master's degree and have been working with customer service for five years. From your spelling mistakes, you probably don't even have a high school diploma. Take this as a learning experience. You need to make sure that you read and understand all terms before buying anything. If you had any questions about purchasing, you should have asked before you purchased.

Also, if I am not much of a seller, why do I have 100% feedback from nearly 50 people (not to mention those who don't leave feedback).

I understand your need for the sensor. I have been in that scenario. I would have shipped it out next day if you had given a VALID form of payment. However you did not. You dropped the ball. It's just too bad, and I do not feel sorry for you. One day you will learn to stop blaming others for your mistakes.

I will deny the credit card payment... when I get around to it.

They can't force you to upgrade to a premiere account if they're going to charge you fees for it.

That's like saying you can only buy items on sale at a store if you pay for it with a store credit card with a huge APR.

Why do you mention that you're pursuing a masters degree? That's like those people whose defense to being called racists is that they have lots of black friends.

That and you have tons of spelling/grammar mistakes.

I'd say you pwn3d yourself :)

Actually they can if you have the paypal logo on your ebay auction or you put that you accept paypal. You CANT say no credit card paypal on your auction either, its against ebay rules (rightly or wrongly). Personally, i just build the fees into my price or shipping charge, you generally get more money for your auction if you accept all forms of paypal.

Assuming no embellishments, it was relatively good ownage since you got the last laugh... and the last laugh is always a must.

HA!

...not to mention you are fighting an uphill battle with regard to the avg eBay user. Accept all Paypal or be prepared to have this happen over and over again. However, it seem that you are wrong according to the new rules. It's curious as to why eBay locked his account unless he didn't present his side of the story well.
